2. Is it compatible with my car?

3. Does it include a CAN bus?

This depends on your specific car model. You can contact us through the backend to confirm.

4. Does it include all necessary cables and accessories?

Yes, the kit includes all necessary cables and accessories. However, the camera, DAB+, and DVR are optional accessories. Please note this before purchasing.

5. Does it support the original car's reversing camera?

Please contact us through the backend with your car model, year, and a photo of your center console. We will check compatibility and reply to you within 24 hours.

6. Why can't the radio turn on?

6.1: Check if the wiring is correct.

6.2: When using a loose power cord, connect three wires to a DC 12V power source to power on the device. The three wires are ACC (red), B+ (yellow), and GND (black).

6.3: If you still cannot power on, please contact us.

7. CarPlay wireless connection failure?

7.1: Check your phone model and version (iOS version 12 or higher). Confirm if you can connect to the car's Bluetooth. Restart the car's infotainment system on your phone, delete the paired Bluetooth settings, and reconnect.

7.2: If Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are working, confirm that Wi-Fi is enabled on your phone.

7.3: If Bluetooth is working, confirm that the Wi-Fi antenna is connected and the Wi-Fi signal is full. If CarPlay still cannot connect, try a wired USB connection.

7.4: If the problem persists, please contact us for a software upgrade.

8. How to keep the music playing continuously while reversing?

Car setting > Sound > Media volume when reversing > High.

9. Why can't the radio pick up any FM stations?

9.1: Correctly insert the antenna and check the connection.

9.2: Try a location with better signal.

9.3: Replace the faulty antenna if necessary.

10. No sound from the product?

10.1: Check the car's amplifier configuration (if applicable, connect an AMP cable or RCA cable).

10.2: If there is still no sound after connecting the AMP cable, check if the car has an optical amplifier; provide a diagram of the car's center console, model and year information, wiring diagram, and a picture of the power connector on the front.

10.3: If the car does not have an amplifier, and you are using a general-purpose loose power cable, there may be a short circuit to ground in the speaker wires. Normal wiring involves four sets of speaker wires, two wires per set, one positive and one negative (the negative wire will have a black wire indicating the negative terminal; the positive wire will not have a black wire).

10.4: If the problem persists, please contact us through the backend and attach a photo of the product wiring.
